Commissions

Private collectors, galleries, corporations and individuals are welcome to contact us regarding commissioned works of art. Prices for commissioned works are based on complexity of the artwork, size and distribution. If necessary, preliminary sketches and/or photography may be done and therefore travel expenses would be included in the commission price. Once a price and a timeline are agreed to, clients are asked to sign a standard commission agreement and make a 50% deposit. This fee covers all initial expenses and is nonrefundable. The remaining 50% of the commission fee is due upon completion of the work and prior to delivery. Artwork proofs are supplied prior to commencement of production should the client not like the finished work, the commission fee will be returned, minus the deposit and shipping costs. In this case, AcousticArt and Design retains the painting as well as all copyrights.
Some artworks in the portfolio can be customised to adjust colour, form or size to suit any space.
