Prices / Payment
All artworks are available in custom sizes please contact us for a quote. Prices are in Australian dollars (including GST) and payment may be made via direct deposit, EFT or with checks drawn in AUD. A tax invoice and statement will be issued. A 50% deposit is required on placement of an order and the balance paid on or prior to delivery day.

Shipping & Handling
Once you place an order we will then inform you of the approximate delivery date and appropriate shipping charge. Installation / hanging service is available in some metropolitan areas (Australia only) please contact Mary Brunton for further details. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. While every effort is made the 50% deposit is nonrefundable. Artwork proofs are supplied prior to commencement of production should the client not be satisfied with the finished work, the final 50% fee will be returned, minus the deposit and shipping costs. In this case, AcousticArt and Design retains the artwork as well as all copyrights.
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork damaged, contact us immediately. Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you notify us, we will discuss a return and replacement.

Cancellation / Changes
If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at marybrunton. If your order is already in production, you will need to follow our return policy procedure as stated above.
